This famous design contest is held in the American city of Houston, where the commission chose the best contestant using criteria like clarity, proportions, creativity, originality, and the quality of the colours and materials.
The prestigious winning building was built by Giorgetti and it is located in Houston: surprisingly beautiful and large, with 7 floors containing 32 superior-quality and luxury apartments.
