Giorgetti has finished its first real estate project with a prestigious building located in the Upper Kirby District of Houston, Texas. The residential project has 7 storeys, with 32 spacious apartments.
Giorgetti Houston, as the project is known, was conceived in collaboration with Mirador, a Texan company specialised in architecture and interior design; Sudhoff Company, a leader in real estate consulting and sales; and Stolz&Partners, the developer of these luxurious flats.
The project's main attraction is undoubtedly the exquisite Giorgetti materials, such as maple wood paired with metal, marble, leather or fabric.
The inspiration for the building's facade came from the Origami cabinet, which provided the idea that makes the first visual impact truly exclusive.
The building's interiors have been outfitted with customised furnishings: from walk-in wardrobes to kitchens created also for outdoor spaces.
